Mission Statement: This blog reviews the news of the day in light of 242 years of American history. "Nationalism," a modern day pejorative, has been our country's politic throughout history, until 2008. Obama changed that narrative. Trump is seeking a return to our historical roots. Midknight Review supports this return to normality.
The Peshmarga is an Iraqi native population ally . . . . a people neither Obama nor ISIS give a damn about. But, this is the reason we should end the problem we created when Obama cut and ran from Iraq.
According to Fox News, ISIS just captured 17 Peshmarga fighters and
intends to burn them alive, as they did the Jordanian pilot, last week.
Another ridiculous comment. Just because the Left wants to pretend there is no Islamic Terror War, does not mean Fox has to comply. But then, Fox did NOT post the video on network television, did they. But you would not know this since you do not watch Fox. You only read your small minded talking points so you can pretend to know what is going on. Fox does not make money off their blog videos. By contrast, you have Brian Williams lying his ass off so NBC can make its millions, MSNBC asking Eric Holder to quack like a duck. Probably some of the best news TV you saw all of the last week.
ISIS - made successful by the tanks and troop carriers left behind by Bush, and the anti-tank weapons they got from the Saudis, and weapons from Syrian military installations it has captured, including warplanes.
ISIS is cruzin' for a bruzin' ... and just to think, there are Republicans so hateful of Obama, they celebrate the fact they can defeat his request for a declaration of war on ISIS, and then talk out of their asses and say "Obama has no plan". Seems like the Republicans are to doing everything they can to help ISIS.
1. How bias are you ?!! Who ended the war in Iraq? Apparently you don't know. So I will allow it all to be a mystery to you, but know this, whoever left Iraq and vacated the Middle East, in December of 2011, is the same fool who left all that equipment behind.
2. Everyone knows, and I mean "every one," that Obama has refused to seek a new wars power act, until now. He has used the 2002 as his claim to fame and his own representatives tell us, that he is seeking this Wars Power Acts with the hopes of seeking bipartisan agreement, not because he needs the act. He does not need this Wars legislation. He admits it and it is time for you to admit it. So, why is he arguing for such, when he claims he does not need the legislation?
During his first two years in office, you know, when he owned the world of Congressional Approval and still got next to nothing done, he met with the leaders of the GOP twice. Translation: "twice" can also be substituted by the words "two times," in this context. He did not give a crap about bipartisanship back then. It is clear to the objective mind, that it is more than foolish to assume this Hater suddenly cares about unity and bipartisanship, now. We have six years of contrary witness. Nope. Instead, it is clear that he is trying to prevent the next president from undoing whatever in the hell he thinks has done, including in Iraq. He is a know-nothing about waging war, keeping the peace, charting "victory," or anything having to do with fiances. Nothing. We have elected an unaccomplished buffoon to the High Office and are paying the prices, all of us.
Pay back is a bitch, Slick. He should be in jail, and when he is out of office, I only hope that there are those who go after this phony. We need to know why and where he fell in love with Islam, the truth about his family tree, his academic records and whether or not sold crack cocaine ( we know he used it, by his own admission). We need to know how the hell he got into Harvard when his grades in high school were pathetic. And there needs to be an investigation into all the radicals in and around his Administration - the most radicalized in American history (to wit: Al Sharpton, Beradine Dorne, Bill Ayers, Jeremiah Wright, Louis Farrakhan., the New Black Panthers, the 10 year card carrying communist, Van Jones, Eric Holder, Valarie Jarrett (born in Iran), any number of members of CAIR and the Muslim Brotherhood, some of which are down-line members of his "inner circle," Annita Dunn and her ties to Mao (by her own admission), the One Worlder and head of the EPA, Gina McCarthy, and, the communist sympathizers within the Congressional Black Caucus (there are 40 of these people). All and all, we may be talking about 100 individuals, or more, Many of them need to be in jail. All of them need to be exposed as the "enemies from within" they truly are.
Hateful mofo aren't you? Wants ISIS to succeed so you blame Obama. Boy that is sick.
Shall I post once again the list of Islamists killed by the Obama administration, while you belittle the efforts and suddenly become concerned about collateral damage? You've shown your denial about the cost of the war and it's financing even though I've shown proof of every statement I've made. We left Iraq because we couldn't afford to keep spending a billion a week there. Almost every ISIS terrorist will tell you that the reason for Jihad is the Bush attack on Iraq.
You write: "Hateful mofo aren't you? Wants ISIS to succeed so you blame Obama." Talk about a "mofo !!" No one wants ISIS to succeed for the sake of blaming Obama. Next time, I will not even publish such bullshit. I answer your BS with facts, and you respond by making up crap . . . . . emphasis on "making up." You sit there in your upper room, pulling nonsense out of your butt. At least your list is an effort at facts. Your opening line, above, vulgar, third grader crap.
Post your damn list. And I will remind everyone of the list failures, in the Middle East, all caused by an al Qaeda that your Hater in the White House supposedly killed off. Remember the Grand Lie that got him re-elected? "Al Qaeda is dead and GM is alive." What an absolute pile of barnyard that turned out to be, on both counts. Your list means absolutely nothing in the face of what he has caused in Yemen, Libya, Syria, and Iraq. Oh, lets not forget the abortion of a "war" in Afghanistan and his alliance with Iran. What a joke. Hundreds of thousands have died as a direct result of his moronic and childish decisions.
Your evidence about the cost of war, and where the money came from, was what you made up. That reference you gave, said nothing that supported your claim. The SS Trust Fund was not raided to support the war or anything else . . . . . that is what the report said and I gave you that quote.
We did not leave Iraq because of the cost. We left Iraq because Obama claimed victory, and got out of town, leaving all our equipment behind. And ISIS hates Obama as much as al Qaeda hated Bush. Trying reading a newspaper once in a while, between training laps and whatever else you do while people are dying in the Middle East by the thousands. You're the once who does not care about "collateral" damage, plain and simple.
(NOTE: Smithson also asserts 30,000 people were killed on 9/11, Climate Change is an Alinsky conspiracy, and evolutionary science is a fraud. That is the level denial / intellect we're dealing with here).
Smithson, that would be me, gave evidence for as many as 14,000 deaths on 9/11. There was documentation for that opinion. Why you would get all emotional in your denial of same, is an unexplained waste of energy. The correct response, from you, should have been, "Wow, I did not know that. Thanks Mr. Smithson for the information and the documentation. Damn, you are one thorough/intelligent dude."
Work on your response and get back to me.
(BTW, you have no clue what I believe about evolution and why).
and here is an important statement of fact from Forbes:
Firearms were used to kill 30,143 people in the United States in 2005, the most recent year with complete data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.1 A total of 17,002 of these were suicides, 12,352 homicides, and 789 accidental firearm deaths. Nearly half of these deaths occurred in people under the age of 35. When we consider that there were also nearly 70,000 nonfatal injuries from firearms, we are left with the staggering fact that 100,000 men, women, and children were killed or wounded by firearms in the span of just one year.
Like I said, more people commit suicide via a gun, than are people killed by homicide -- and most of those are gangland killings.
maybe they'll show it on foxnews.com, like they did the last burning! fox profits from fear and death. no other news website showed that video.
