Obamacare sticker shock for the poor . . . Anyone who receives Obamacare subsidies could be in for a rude awakening this tax season. Four in ten low-income Obamacare participants will face sticker shock this April 15 when they discover they owe a great deal of money to the IRS because of a little-known “clawback” provision in the health-care law. A family of four could owe the government as much as $11,200 in taxes due to subsidies erroneously given, according to a 2013 prediction by researchers at the University of California, Berkeley. Shortly after showing a clip of National Security Adviser Susan Rice downplaying the “existential” threat posed by ISIS, Schieffer said, “I don’t think this has anything close to the evil the Nazis represented, and obviously this is not the Cold War with the Soviet Union, but it seems to me this is something that I’m still not sure this administration is galvanized to fight this fight and do what’s necessary to do it.” Washington Free Beacon
Even Andrea Mitchell knocks Obama's Crusades analogy . . . Mitchell told “Meet The Press” moderator Chuck Todd Sunday morning that Obama needs to “deal with the issue that’s in front” of him, namely ISIS, and not “lean over backwards” to invoke the “sins of the fathers.” Daily Caller

Regulating people out of business . . . Single mother Tameka Stigers figured that she could use her skill at braiding hair to support her family. She soon discovered it wasn’t that easy: Missouri required that she get a cosmetology license before she could do it professionally. An important article on ISIS - a legacy of GWB
ReplyDeletehttp://www.ringoffireradio.com/2015/02/kofi-annan-americas-invasion-iraq-helped-create-isis/
Of course Obama's support of the Muslim Brotherhood, hated by nearly every Middle East state, had nothing to do with the startling growth of ISIS. Killing bin Laden meant nothing. Nearly 6,000 collateral deaths because of Obama's drone policy is meaningless to Kofi Annan. Never mind Obama's "red line" which has resulted in the deaths of 200,000 Syrians over the past two and a half years, doesn't matter. Never mind that everyone in the region is afraid of Iran while Obama is helping to arm that nation with a nuclear weapon.
