What is the difference between Executive Order and Executive Action? You may ask, "Why is that important?" Because Obama did not use Executive Orders to give amnesty to the 5 million illegals. Instead, he used an executive action, which is different.

I suppose this distinction will make a difference in how the GOP deals with the matter.
