Proof that polling data for Obama (at least) is 6/7 points higher than election polling stats (the only polls that count !).

Read that headline again and consider this:  Obama was, supposedly,  wildly popular (60% and more) according to all 2008 pre-November polling,  yet he won election with just 53% of the vote.  In 2012,  he saw 4 million Americans move away from the Democrat Party.  His Gallup "approval" numbers came in at 57% when,  in fact,  his 2012 November election numbers saw him at 51%,  nearly identical to GW Bush's 2004 reelection number.   Understand that Gallup,  in the week before the 2004 election,  had Bush 43 at 48 % approval and loosing the election.  Gallup was consistently higher than reality with Obama and lower than reality with Bush.
