Arrests plummet following execution of cops — It's not a slowdown — it's a virtual work stoppage. — NYPD traffic tickets and summonses for minor offenses have dropped off by a staggering 94 percent following the execution of two cops — as officers feel betrayed by the mayor and fear for their safety, The Post has learned.
Editor's notes: Think about this: "minor offense" arrests are critical to the peace in violent oriented neighborhoods. Take the cops out of those districts, and, in time, you will have a citizenship begging for a police presence. More than this, loose 80 to 90 percent of your traffic ticketed income, and you have a serious financial problem.
Clearly, the cops have decided to break the back of their cop hating mayor. And, they are playing hardball to make their point.
Make no mistake, Obama, as well, has had his white-America hating backside kicked up to between his big ears, by a conservative majority willing to fight a persistent battle and turn out for "the vote."
He has been defeated in all of his agenda. That is why he now acts alone, as a dictator, issuing executive memo's and abusing the regulatory process . . . . . all of which are temporary solution. By anyone's standards, "fundamental transformation" is legislative and permanent. Clearly, he has failed in this regard.
There is a difference, a big difference, between "fundamental transformation" and, simply, making a mess of everything you touch . . . . . period.
Never forget his initial goal for this country. As you read that statement, know that he has utterly failed in this regard:
The words come from his activist wife, on the campaign trail in Puerto Rico, in 2008:
"Barack knows that we are going to have to make sacrifices; we are going to have to change our conversation; we're going to have to change our traditions, our history; we're going to have to move into a different place as a nation."
Jordan Davis, who was killed in a parking lot dispute over loud music; Valerie Bell, the mother of Sean Bell, who was killed by New York City police in 2006; and Frank Graham, the father of Ramarley Graham, who was killed by New York City police in 2012. Proof that Trayvon, Brown and others are not the only ones being murdered by the police. De Blasio is the best thing to happen to NY but it looks like he might be forced to abandon the fight agains police brutality. sad.
ReplyDeletePolitaFact tells us that 136 unarmed black men were killed by police last year. This includes 9 who were using their car to attack police, people who were killed in accidents as they ran from police, suspects who made sudden moves without permission of the arresting officers, and people who attempted to physically overpower an arresting officer. Are there such a things as "police abuse" and unjust killings? Of course. As sad as is one such death, the fact remains that blacks are not being exterminated by cops.
