An onlooker named Zapurder, filmed this event. Just before JFK passed behind the Stemmons Freeway sign, shots were fired. While behind the sign, in this video, the President begins to respond to shots fired at his back and throat. His hands fly upward as he looks over to wife, and then the fatal shot strikes the right side of his head (beginning with frame 313), and throws JFK violent backward, proving there were at least two shooters.
