Update on the Michael Brown shooting - Midknight Review's only full report.

One  of the few news stories of the day,  was that which told of the autopsy report for Michael Brown.  Turns out,  the young man had marijuana in his system (as is the case with 60% of American youth,  at any given time during a 24 hour cycle).  The forensic evidence confirms the police accounting of what happened on the day Brown died.

Apparently,  he and a friend,  were stopped by the police officer at the center of this story,  and told to get out of the middle of the street.    Brown refused,  the officer began to exit his vehicle and was driven back into the car,  the car door slammed shut,  and Brown,  reaching into the car through window,  attempted to take the officer's gun from him,  hitting the officer at least twice.  The gun discharged twice,  one bullet striking Brown in the hand and up into his arm.  His blood was in the squad car and on the gun,  confirming the fight and gun residue was found in his wound,  which means the young man was reaching for the gun.

Brown then turned and walked away.  The officer exited his vehicle after calling for back-up.  Brown turned and began walking toward the officer.  Brown was told stop more than once.  He refused and the officer fired at least 4 more shots,  all the while Brown continued to advance.

It does not appear that charges will be filed against the police department anr/or the officer involved,  and that is the full story.

Occupy the Police,  supported by Holder, Obama and more actively,  Al Sharpton,  is almost solely responsible for the vandalism occurring in Ferguson,  with 77 of 78 recent arrests being of people who did not live in the city.

Understand that with this evidence and the fact that Al Sharpton,  the New Black Panthers,  and other outsiders are managing a lynch mob,  bent on the death of the police officer.

Hopefully responsible people will win the day,  For certain,  there will be no reasonable intervention from Eric Holder and H Obama.  Sad.
