<<<< And he said, "I can't believe you don't have a better idea than that !!"
From the UK's Telegraph: Kerry
said military action was not enough in a piece for the New York Times: “What’s
needed to confront [Isil’s] nihilistic vision and genocidal agenda is a global
coalition using political, humanitarian, economic, law enforcement and
intelligence tools to support military force.”
So says John Kerry, this past week. He has been talking this sort of thing for more than two years. Ditto, Obama. So, exactly when are these two geniuses going to get it done?
We did not hire them to make excuses and explain why their respective jobs are tough. We hired them to produce and, to date, they have only sold the US down the river and made a mockery of those 6,700 American soldiers who have died in Iraq and Afghanistan.
The fact of the matter is this: after more than two years of blow and no show, we must conclude that they cannot build a coalition; they simply do not have the ability to do so. That is the sad truth of the matter. Bush had NATO and nearly 40 nations in his coalition, before going into Iraq, and he did that in 14 months.
The Bobsie twins have been at it for two or three years and, still, nothing.
Surely the Dems believe that "now" is a more justified time to build a coalition than during the Bush years . . . . . so why has that no happened? If you are an Obama supporter, you don't know the answer to that question. The rest of us understand all too clearly.
