Obama's ability to drive the emotions of his constituency is half of what it was back in 2009 - very bad news just before the coming elections.

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Americans are more than twice as likely to say they "strongly disapprove" (39%) of President Barack Obama's job performance as they are to say they "strongly approve" (17%). The percentage of Americans who strongly disapprove of Obama has increased over time, while the percentage who strongly approve has dropped by almost half.

Editor's notes:  understand that this result,  comes on the heals of Obama "doubling down" on his promise to give amnesty to millions of illegals,  putting them ahead of hundreds of thousands of immigrants,   who have patiently waited for citizenship.  What does this Gallup survey mean, in election year practical terms?

Simply put,  Obama no longer has the ability to fool much of anyone.  He is trying to effect mid-term election turn out,  but,  if the informed voter comes to the voting booth,  his threats to use his pen and his phone will not,  cannot, win the day.

  2. You think public opinion about Obama has nothing to do with the coming elections? OF COURSE the GOP will nationalize this election. It is a play taken from the Democrat election handbook.
