Christie jabs Obama: ObamaCare a ‘failure’  Keep in mind that Christie is a tireless opportunist,  partly responsible for the Romney loss to Obama in 2012.  Expect him to say and do things that put him in good stead with the conservative elements of the GOP.

Republicans Replay 2010 Strategy at State Level - Republican governors have not lost an election since 2007.  For the most part,  their states are showing a robust recovery when the national picture is not.  The GOP owns 29 state houses and conservative independents own another two.  There successes,  will bod well for the 2014 campaign,  and,  more than likely,  the 2016 contest(s).

ObamaCare's next court threat - The plaintiffs in Halbig v. Burwell (also known as Halbig v Sebelius) argue that ObamaCare does not authorize the Internal Revenue Service  to offer premium subsidies in states that have not set up these exchanges.  Subsidies in 34 states are in question.  This is an Applellate Court case and a decision could be presented as early as Tuesday of this week.  Win or lose,  this case will make its way to the Supreme Court.  Most experts believe the High Court will hear that appeal.

Border crisis scrambling the politics of immigration policy  -  As it turns out,  the advantage the Dems felt they had,  in dealing with the immigration crisis,  is vanishing,  with Democrats siding with Republicans for fear of losing in the coming elections.  Most Americans see the current crisis as the creation of Obama and his minions,  and Demcrats are realizing/admitting to this change of events.
