"I first learned about Fast and Furious,  reading the papers."

He did not know about the complicity of the ATF in running guns into Mexico.  

I had no idea we were spying on 36 world leaders,  including Angela Merkel (Germany) and the Brazilian president.

He was caught by surprise when Putin invaded Crimea.

He was caught by surprise when Assad continued to kill his own people  (180,000 Syrians,  now dead at the hands of Assad).

He had to read about the IRS targeting scandal in the papers,  and, still,  pretends there is no scandal.

Benghazi caught him by surprise.

The ISIS take-over of Iraq was a complete surprise and he has no contingency plan in mind.

The NSA spying on our media was something he supposedly read about in the papers.

He did not know of the systemic problems with ObamaCare,  for the four years prior to its laughable roll-out.

He did not know about his own Administrations attacks against potential State Department whistle-blowers in Benghazi

He did not know there was no such thing a "shovel ready jobs"  and laughed at the revelation.

He did not know about the bonuses and bailouts offered to AIG.  

Supposedly he did not [even] know about Jeremiah Wright's radical,  hate the white man,  theology.
