First impressions of the Hillary interview on Fox News.

Updated for comments on the content of the Fox/Hillary interview:  While I have graded Hillary for presentation with high marks,  as it were,  I give her a "zero" as to content,  which is to say,  there is no grade for content.  All her answers were thoughtful,  Hillary fully aware that she was preforming for a very different audience than at CBS or CNN.  Some of her answers suggested a difference of direction between her and Obama,  but such references were carefully worded and spoken by one who believes the "ends justify the means,"  although I do not believe she is as radical and nonconforming as Obama.    How much can we trust her,  is the question of the moment.  Having listened to the interview,  I must report that we really know nothing more about Hillary than we did before the interview.  All politicians are guarded,  but Hillary simply did not commit to anything that would have gotten her "in trouble" with either side of the political aisle.  A qualified "A" for performance but a no grade for content.

Original post:
If I was to give the Secretary a grade,  I would give her an A for the direct manner in which she fielded questions - Obama never scored higher than a C in this venue;  an A+ for allowing Greta Van Susteren and Bret Baier to observe time limits and present the full course of questions prepared for this interview - Obama was pathetic in this aspect (I give the man an F for dominating the conversation via filibuster and exhibiting a controlling anger as he corrected questioners when he did not care
In her college days,  she was an unpaid
intern for Saul Alinsky.  In a college paper
written on this Social/Marxist reformer,
she actually challenged some of his tactics
as an anarchist/revolutionary.  Obama is
much more a disciple of Alinsky than Hillary.
for the questions. Hillary did none of this.  She did not come across as arrogant  (there are times,  elsewhere,  when she does sound elitist and much too political), Both she and H Obama come to an interview well prepared,  Obama being much more evasive and plotting in his answers,  far too willing to couch his answers in absolute terms  ("not a smidgen of corruption,"  "no tax increase for those earning $250,000 - not a single dime,"  "keep your insurance . . . .   period,"  "most transparent Administration in history and I can prove it").

In short,  she was a forgiving interviewee,  prepared for the questioning,  and willing to let Greta and Bret direct the interview.  She was not confrontational,  a pleasant change after listening to years of H Obama and his arrogant/controlling BS.

Understand this:  I thought Hillary conducted herself much better in the Fox interview than on CNN and CBS  -  the difference between a C and an A.  Conduct is one thing,  content is another,  and this first report does not pretend to evaluate the content of her answer.  Hillary is a Progressive but not an Anarchist Revolutionary and in this,  there is a stark difference between her and H Obama.  I will not be supporting Hillary in the 2016 elections,  should she run,  but I have no intentions of supporting a Chris Christie type candidate,  either.

At the same time,  I seriously want to be fair to this Democrat.  Obama?  He made it clear during his 2008 campaign,  that white,  blue collar workers were not in his "wheel house."  You challenge me, in my politics,  try to silence my voice,  use powerful agencies such as the IRS,  the EPA, OSHA, the ATF and on and on,  to punish my views,  when expressing my disagreement is the extent of my personal campaign,  well,  you can go straight to,  and,  in a hurry.

An update to this post will include some discussion of the content of her answers  . . . .   later tonight.  Her "grades" will not be as impressive,  I suppose.

But,  as to the manner of conduct and attitude,  she scored an A while H Obama comes in with a hard D grade  -  and I am being kind to this Marxist Bag of Wind.

  2. Is this all you have, a straw man attack, declared over and over, as if you are making a difference? Kind of silly, don't you think? Your PhD? What was it in, Applied Bullshit? I mean, you are very good at that.
