Even the Left Leaning Media is jumping ship as to the Bergdahl prison-exchange negotiations

The point of this post is to demonstrate the across-the-board disappointment existing in the world of the Left Leaning Media as regards the Bergdahl prisoner trade - five Taliban murderers responsible for the deaths of hundreds of our soldiers traded for a single deserter.

Make note of the disappointment expressed by the New York Times, Politico, The Daily Beast,  the Associated Press,  Talking Points Memo,  the Washington Post, and,  Mediate, all Leftist news and commentary sources  . . . .   and big names in that industry,  at that.  (Scroll down for those headlines).

When this story broke,  I predicted a growing backlash.  It appears that I was no genius in making that prediction:  Turns out the backlash was fairly obvious and is happening.
Understand that members of his unit,  in Afghanistan,  know the truth and are ready to make that known to the public.  Their Commander In Chief is approved by only 32% of our fighting force.  Our soldiers see the hypocrisy in Obama's claim to be concerned about leaving our soldiers behind,  when,  in fact,  he did just that with Benghazi incident,  the deaths of the 32 Seal Team members as he prevented a defense of the military transport
carrying our men,  the Pakistani doctor who directed us to Osama bin Ladens hideout, his refusal to classify the Fort Hood murders as a terrorist attack,  robbing those involved of needed funds and honor for having been involved in that incident,  and his general disdain for the lives of our soldiers when weighed against civilian lives,  in and near the battlefield.  They all know that they are second class citizens,  per their
Commander,  and the honor given to the Bergdahls is more proof that reality.

No,  indeed,  this is a long way from being over.  And, we all can be proud that Obama did not fondle the Bergdahl mom any more than he did,  in the Rose Garden.
