President Obama took credit in 2012 for withdrawing all troops from Iraq. Editorial notes: In a debate with Mitt Romney, Obama made it clear that he was against leaving any residual forces in Iraq, a comment of special note, since it came after he pulled all troops out of Iraq with a Status of Forces agreement. His comments make it clear that he did not want a residual force in that country. Now, he claims the very opposite and blames Iraq for the failure.

I am going with pre-election Obama since in that statement - "I don't want no stinking troops in that country" - were the words he used to trick folks into voting for this convoluted self in 2012.

Again and in other words, if we hold this lying sack responsible for his words, then he is responsible for leaving behind the sacrifices and lives-lost in the Iraqi war. If you are a supporter of Obama, surely, at some point, you have to say, "Why doesn't he just sit down and shut the hell up."

The Stated Nonsense from the Left now includes these Progressive goals:

July 2, 2008, Obama had this to say: "We cannot continue to rely only on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we've set. We've got to have a civilian national security force that's just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded."

MICHELLE OBAMA: "Barack knows that we are going to have to make sacrifices; we are going to have to change our conversation; we're going to have to change our traditions, our history; we're going to have to move into a different place as a nation."
