Speaking of the Hispanic/Republican Governor of New Mexico, Susan Martinez, the Democrat

candidate for Governor, suggest that "We need to send her back to wherever she came from."

In view of the fact that Dems created the KKK, wrote all of the Jim Crow laws, segregated

the military under Progressives Woodrow Wilson (WW I) and FDR (WW II) and forced the

nation into a Civil War.

Smithson living in the past ... as usual. The GOP is the new 'white party.' That is clear.

This is why the GOP is so threatened by minorities, and immigrants....many of them are better educated than the white christian conservative science deniers. The future belongs to the youth of America.

Take a look at the winners of this years National Spelling Bee... Sriram Hathwar and Ansun Sujoe... and all those from the previous several years. Better at English than native born US kids, even when it's their second language. These kids of immigrants are America's best hope for the future, now that the fundamentalists are weakening our education system with their creationist textbooks and their ignorant indoctrination that doesn't put a priority on fact and evidence - based learning.
