Obama came out with another of his feckless "budgets." 97 to 0; 99 to 0; 414 to 0 -- what do these numbers mean?

Those numbers?  Maybe you have forgotten,  but the Senate vote twice on Obama budgets,  without casting a single "yes" vote.  True.  How does it happen that a budget is so poor written,  that the man's own party,  deserted his efforts?  But that is not the rest of the story.  In the House,  there was a vote on an Obama budget  -  414 nays,  ZERO ayes.  

But that is not the end of the matter.  A different budget,  another that the feckless Obama wrote,  was sent to the CBO for be scored (reviewed) for fiscal sustainability.  It was returned without scoring,  the CBO telling Obama, it could not score a speech.  

The point of this post?  Boehner told the world,  the Obama budget was "the most irresponsible,  yet."  With Obama's track record,  can anyone doubt Boehner's assessment.  

Paul Ryan thinks the "budget" is a battle plan for the coming mid-term elections.
