Midknight Review -- new and revised: With all the bragging about the "amazing improvements" made to the ObamaCare site, what is the truth as to Obama's "7 million people goal?"

Understand that this Administration is now bragging about having the ability to field 50,000 viewers on its health site, during a single hour. They do not hint at how many are actually able to stay on the site and/or finish with the registration process but it is nowhere close to 50,000 "per hour," a number they hope you will mistake for what they have actually said. If the reader did a little basic math, she would know these numbers are very deceptive on their face. 50,000 multiplied by 24 hours is 1.2 million registrants per day, yet they are hoping against hope, that they have 7 million enrollees when this is all said and done. Even their projections do not line up with their rhetoric. So much for their continued lies.

ABC News is telling us that, at current [real enrollment] rates, ObamaCare is on track to enroll no more than one million Americans by the end of March, 2014, six million short of its announced goal and four million short of what has to be, in order for the reform plan to "work" in terms of paying its own way. Even worse, ABC News is quoting White House adviser, David Plouffe, as saying, "It may take until 2017. It will work really well then."

Understand this: there are no good reasons for the failure of this site . . . . . none. You would be hard pressed to find any estimate for "start up costs" as relates to the building of this site to exceed 3 million dollars. I have spent dozens of hours on the Net and cannot find anyone even trying to explain the reason for the ridiculous reported costs. Instead, the Feds have spent at least $400 million by most estimates (why are we depending on "estimates?"). The crime in this, is the fact that money was let out on "no bid" contracts, proof of crony insider influence and criminal mismanagement.

But the crooks have been in charge, since 2009. As a result, these numbers are no surprise, the wheeling and dealing of Obama with his "friends," continues, the gross corruption typifying this Administrations grows and all of this is named under the umbrella of the worst incompetence seen in a presidency in modern times. There is simply nothing of major purpose, that this bunch of pretenders have been able to do correctly.

The Stated Nonsense from the Left now includes these Progressive goals:

July 2, 2008, Obama had this to say: "We cannot continue to rely only on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we've set. We've got to have a civilian national security force that's just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded."

MICHELLE OBAMA: "Barack knows that we are going to have to make sacrifices; we are going to have to change our conversation; we're going to have to change our traditions, our history; we're going to have to move into a different place as a nation."

On September 30, Van Jones told MSNBC "I think everybody should hold onto your seats. October is going to be the turning point when it comes to the progressive fight back."
