<<< Foreign policy the Obama way. Hey, at least no one but Americans died.
Today (Sunday, November 18),
while Obama is taking one of many “working” vacations, this time in Thailand and points "Asian," he took time to publicly cautioned Israel against “ramping up” its
attacks against Hamas in the Gaza Strip.
In typical Obama double speak,
Obama caution the Palestians against an escalation that would threaten
peace hopes, in the region. See the full AP report, here.
Since Obama has not pushed a serious Middle East diplomatic effort at
continued peace since lying his way into the presidency, four years ago, his only consistent rhetorical accomplishment is to talk out of both sides of his ever running mouth.
This is a perfect example.
Yesterday, Obama spoke as if he
had Israel’s back as he criticized Hamas for initiating the violence in the
current crisis. One day later, it appears that he supports Hamas.
Nearly all have either forgotten or do not care that Obama
heavily criticized Bush 43 for meddling in matters of states as regards foreign
countries.
Yet, his persistent
efforts at intervention in Israeli’s affairs of state are both troublesome and sadly duplicitous.
More than his several positions on Israel, we remember his own failings in nation building -- his ramping up of the war in Afghanistan
without a defined “victory” strategy;
his attacks into Pakistan,
killing 41 Taliban leaders while murdering 4,000 innocent women and
children in drone bombings; his refusal
to intervene in Syria, preferring to watch 40,000 civilians die as he rushed
into Libya following the deaths of just
300 citizens; the new alliance being developed between Iraq and Iran following Obama's retreat from the region; his backstabbing
intervention in Egypt with no alternative plan in the works, allowing the anti-West Muslim Brotherhood to
take power and change the entire political landscape in the Middle East; his decision to wait until Tehran has buried their
nuclear generating plants so deep into the Iranian landscape as to make it
impossible to stop their march to nuclear dominance; and, the idiocy in Libya, deserting four Americans, leaving them to die on their own, and running from the larger Libyan [nation building] failure -- all
this and more stands as a stark reminder that this collegiate theorist and resident pinhead has no clue as to practical and workable solutions in a world filled with hate and division. The "innate goodness of man" is an Utopian myth shared by all pacifist Progressives, and, believe it or not, Obama is one of these morons. It is a false assumption, established as a historical fact over and over again over the centuries, with nothing to show for its "reality" on the positive side of the ledger.
Like I have been saying since this clowns advent, before we get him out of office, he is going to get us all killed. Time for a little civil disobedience
