Chuck Todd, speaking for MSNBC, walks back Chris Matthews.

After Chris Matthews went off on the Chair of the RNC, Reince Priebus, yesterday, an excellent example of ambush journalism (Shep Smith at Fox sure knows what that is), Chuck Todd, speaking somewhat officially (we assume). tells the world, "Chris Matthews is not reflective of MSNBC."

I don't get it. Matthews has the lowest ratings of any at MSNBC except, perhaps, Al Sharpton, yet, the network continues to employ this intellectual stiff.

Todd apparently has no clue what goes on at MSNBC when he is not in the studio.
