<<< Your friendly editor
On rare occasions, I
have an attack of civility. Some coming
to this site have complained with regard to my “name calling “ and harsh rhetoric. About the time I begin rethinking my
polemic style of writing, a story such CNN's assault against Sarah Palin comes along, presenting us, once again, with
the organic hatefulness that is the Left's regard for anything "conservative" or "traditional."
Understand this: they started
this “current” round of incivility back when Goldwater ran against LBJ. Johnson
was the first Democrat Jerk (in modern times) to resort to outright lies and
name calling. He and his socialist cronies
(you should know that all “big government folks” are viewed as “socialist” by this editor)** successfully convinced the
nation that Goldwater and the GOP wanted to take down Social Security just
before they took this nation into a nuclear nightmare. They published an ad campaign with Goldwater
in the foreground and a rising nuclear cloud over one of his shoulders. Crap.
All of this was pure crap.
Goldwater lost the 1964 election in a landslide. And, New Democrats
continue use the same strategies to this day,
including the nonsense about Social Security and, even, the threat of
nuclear war from time to time.
All this took place 24 years before Rush Limbaugh and his
agenda, offering “equal time” to the
liberal controlled media. Understand
that before 1988, all that was available
to the conservative population were the three “major” networks. That is an absolute fact. “We” had nothing to balance the scales except
the sheer stupidity of the Left (i.e. a Jimmy Carter or a Walter Mondale
campaign versus Reagan or Dukakis and that silly photo-op riding in his tank).
What I am saying is this,
before the advent of Rush and the Patriot Media, there was no dissenting voice to the national
liberal/Marxist media . . . none. The national political conversation had been
hijacked by LBJ.
When I say, “They started it,” I am serious and the point is demonstrably
provable. It is a fact.
It was out of this
era – before Limbaugh - that the Marxist Media took the position that they had
the responsibility to vett our national candidates. Can you imagine, those who believe in a One World community being in charge of vetting those who believe in the Foundational Principles of this
great nation?
I was very much alive,
back in that day - a freshman in high school in 1959 and the
campaign of John Kennedy. While I was
too young to vote, his candidacy caught
my young imagination.
Today, Kennedy would be silenced, his conservative stance forced to the
background. His inaugural
statement, one of the most famous of
all time, would never be a campaign
issue nor hold a place in the Democrat politic of this day:
Ask not what this country can do for you; ask what you can do for your country “
is a statement diametrically opposed to the
Obama, post-modern, presidency.
Which brings me to the primary complaint embraced in this post:
Remember last November when Congresswoman Michele Bachmann (R-Minn.) was disgracefully greeted with the song "Lyin' Ass Bitch" during her appearance on NBC's Late Night with Jimmy Fallon? Well, the liberal degenerates have struck again.

For some reason, over the weekend, CNN “News”
thought it worthy of its reputation to play “Stupid Girls” as a backdrop for a story on Sarah Palin and
her decision to publically support Chick-Fil-A.
And my motivation to “fight fire with fire” is invigorated. “They”
started this word fight, decades ago, and the Right is determined to
finish this battle.

** "Socialism" in this case, is the incremental advancement of the socialist agenda. Understand that with "incrementalism," there is no particular point in time when one can argue the charge of "socialism" given the definition: socialism - government control and ownership of all aspect of the societal economic. Here at Midknight Review - new and revised, those who move us in this direction are, indeed, "socialist," whether by intent or by design.
Yes, the opposition to Palin was all from liberal marxists.
ReplyDeleteDo you even know how to read? Opposition to Palin was not the point. CNN's lack of professionalism and its childish decision to act like a 5 year old moron was the point. But more than this, the post is an explanation as to why I pour it onto the Left - because they wrote the book on polemic discussion many years ago and continue to do so.
ReplyDeleteI went to college with these jerks and back then, they proudly wore the title of "Marxist" or "Mao."
