More Obama criticism from the Left. This time, CNN's Campbell Brown.

Campbell Brown, Wife Of Top Romney Adviser, Says Obama Is ‘Condescending’ To Women  <<<<  What we have,  in this headline,  is cover for Obama.  The foreigners at "ThinkProgress" have taken on a CNN reporter whose political leanings are well known and have been oft criticized by the Right and have decided to eat her for lunch,  to save their Chief Mystic from, yet,  another embarrassing criticism.  Their headline is self-serving and immature  --   but the effort is humorous in its transparency. --  J Smithson


In the Sunday NY Times,  Campbell Brown,  a recent commentator on CNN,  wrote a critical op-ed of Barack Obama.  Her comments are telling, implicitly filled with concern over the outcome of the November election.  In the end,  she is asking her president to start acting differently.  But he can't.  You see, he does not know how to act differently.  -  blog editor


Now, Campbell Brown in her own words:  


I have always admired President Obama and I agree with him on some issues, like abortion rights. But the promise of his campaign four years ago has given way to something else — a failure to connect with tens of millions of Americans, many of them women, who feel economic opportunity is gone and are losing hope. In an effort to win them back, Mr. Obama is trying too hard. He’s employing a tone that can come across as grating and even condescending. He really ought to drop it. Most women don’t want to be patted on the head or treated as wards of the state. They simply want to be given a chance to succeed based on their talent and skills. To borrow a phrase from our president’s favorite president, Abraham Lincoln, they want “an open field and a fair chance.
