Obama announced his campaign in February of 2007 and immediately began working on aspects of his presidential agenda, including the infamous "787" Stimulus. His partners at this early stage of the campaign included Larry Summers, Timothy Geithner, Valarie Jarrett, Anita Dunn and Elizabeth Warren, but I digress.
You should know that later in that month of April, 2007, using this link to the same site, and navigating through the "O's," we find this revised information:

What does this mean? Well, I got to thinking about Elizabeth Warren and her use of the lie that gave her native Indian status along with the position/perks what went with that spurious claim. Did Obama use a similar claim to enhance his minority status and advance himself through his early adult years?
For certain, something is not right.
One additional fact: when the issue of Obama's birth certtificate heated up in 2008, he suspended his campaign to visit his ailing grandmother in Hawaii. I remember network news making note of the unusual decision on the part of Obama to make the trip to Hawaii and back without a press corps. There was no documentation of this Hawaiian trip or his time spent running around on the island.
When he came back and enjoined the campaign, suddenly we had this birth certificate facsimile which was later proven bogus. Of course, he finally produced the real (?) thing, last year, and that was that.

"This was nothing more than a fact checking error by me -- an agency assistant at the time," Goderich wrote in an emailed statement to Yahoo News. There was never any information given to us by Obama in any of his correspondence or other communications suggesting in any way that he was born in Kenya and not Hawaii. I hope you can communicate to your readers that this was a simple mistake and nothing more."

Obama contracted to publish Dreams of my Father as a 33 year old no-body. The description in question was a part of literary history as produced in my post for nearly 20 freaking years, moron.
