Obama versus Arizona: The first president to every sue a state may just lose his case.

Epstein on the Left and Jay Sekulow on the
Right dealing with another issue.  Megyn Kelly
often has these two on her show.  Seldom do
they agree,  but today was very different.
Obama is clearly reshaping America as he sees fit,  without popular support and against the wishes of congressional opinion.  And his time has come. Here is a perfect example what I am saying:

Rasmussen Reports,  tells us that "As the U.S. Supreme Court prepares to hear the federal government’s challenge to Arizona’s immigration law, 59% of voters believe police officers should check the immigration status of those they stop for traffic violations."

Obama disagrees and has taken the State of Arizona to court over the issue.  Today was day for the hearing on this matter before the High Court.

So,  how did it go?

Julian Epstein, a liberal (but not militant) Democrat analyst appearing on the Megan Kelly program, today,  agreed with  Chief Counsel for the ACLJ, Jay Alan Sekulow, that the Obama lawyers,  once again,  failed to make their case for an Obama challenge to accepted Constitutional law.  In this case,  they failed to demonstrate the unconstitutionality of the Arizona law.  No one knows how the High Court will vote on any particular matter,  but both men believe the case could be decided with a majority vote of seven or eight to nothing (Elena Kagan has recused herself from this particular case).
