The Supreme Courts decisions since October 31, 2011 - 21 in toto

I do not have the comparative information needed to make a judgment as to the political leanings of Elena Kagan,  but Justice Sotomayor (both women are Obama appointees) does not appear to be an ideologue (that is a good thing) in the same sense as is Justice Ruth Bader Ginburg. 


Also,  I think it curious that Ruth Ginsburg has announced she is not going to retire before the November elections.  One would think  this very liberal Justice,  78 years old and fighting pancreatic cancer,  would want a liberal president proposing her replacement justice.
