Quote of the Day: Peggy Noonan at the Wall Street Journal.

Mr. Obama has also spent three years blaming George W. Bush for every economic ill. If Mr. Obama now feels frustrated by economic events beyond his control, perhaps he should call Mr. Bush for consolation.  Peggy Noonan WSJ

I can hear Bush, now:  "There, There, Oby One, it isn't your fault.  It is mine" as I wonder how  this moment of consolation helps anything.

  1. When Jeb Bush says, "I used to be a conservative and I watch these debates and I'm wondering, I don't think I've changed, but it's a little troubling sometimes when people are appealing to people's fears and emotion rather than trying to get them to look over the horizon for a broader perspective" .... basically saying he hasn't changed but the GOP has. Face it, conservatives have become extreme. No question.
