This publication has decided to support Newt Gingrich, while offering our support still matters.

Make no mistake,  Newt has already committed himself to a couple of poor decisions in his fight to win the nomination, but Santorum is simply not going to win the nomination.  Count Perry and Paul out,  as well.  Newt's comments,  last night,  especially as relates to the race issue,  were nothing short of great.  If Romney debates Obama as he did last night,  he will lose that/those debates.  


I have to say that Romney has never inspired me.  In fact,  only Rick Perry has done so,  other than Newt.  


I have been fair across the board in my reporting,  except with Ron Paul,  who I see as a foreign policy nutcase. Now,  it is time to make a statement while making statements still count.
