As I write, ABC "News" is about to release a clip
of their interview with Marianne Gingrich, Newts previously happy ex of 18
years. She hates the guy and is acting out in a most predictable way.
I went through such nonsense, myself, when my marriage of 23 years
went down . . . . . oh, the stories she told. In the end,
I got my boys and raised them into their adult years. I kept telling
my kids, who knew the truth of it all, "time is on my side."
And, indeed, it was.
Marianne Gingrich
will be telling folks that Newt wanted an "open marriage . . . . .
he wanted to share me."
I don't know how
this will play, but it can't be good for Gingrich. His daughters
opinions will become a critical matter. Understand that we now know that
those stories about Herman Cain were false. Those stories were only about getting Cain out of the race.
The timing of this story proves the same is the case for Newt and the Marxist Media. Understand that ABC has had this story "up their sleeve" for some time. It is simply not a new story . . . . . been around for years.

Me? I don't
care about Newt's past . . . . . . and it is a distant past. His present
marriage seems to be more than stable and without controversy. Indeed,
he has grown up.
Ed Rollings,
an adviser on Fox News, does not think this story will work against
Gingrich. Frankly, I hope Rollings is right.
Update: in a Thursday night CNN debate, Gingrich ripped into John King, CNN and ABC for fronting this story and categorically denied the multiple partner accusation from his ex-wife. (1/19/12)
