Did anyone notice what was not cut from military defense ??

Understand this,  as we were entering the Iraqi war,  the talk had to do with how small our army was  . . . there was concern that we did not have the man power to win that war.  At the end of that war,  it was generally accepted that we could fight a two front war.  So,  what does Obama do?  He cuts our military personnel even more and leaves waste/fraud completely alone.

Our military cannot fight a two front war and it will take three years to reverse that appraisal.  Carter did this very thing.  Now,  Obama intends to emulate Carter's failed choices.  You cannot win a war fighting it with job-sticks and "pilots"  sitting on their butts somewhere in Maryland.  While that might be the wave of the future,  there is no agreement as to our ability to do so, now.

There is much more to be learned about this draw-down.   Before I become overly critical,  I need to know where the troop draw-down will come from.  We have 30,000 in Germany, for example.  It is my understanding that Obama is cutting the Army,  alone,  by 80,000.  So we wait to see what's next.  For certain,  however,  no one is talking about waste and fraud.
