In conservative camps, compromise is the name of the game.

To liberals and the Radicalized Left,  I say this:  we have our compromise and you have yours.  Salute !!

Ann Coulter is not a fan of Newt Gingrich.  Her candidate of choice is Chris Christie, the  bombastic, hardcore fiscally conservative,  Establishment (?) governor of New Jersey and the libertarian liberal,  "9/11 was an inside job" Ron Paul  But, with the choices remaining,  Mitt Romney,  Mr. Flip Flop, is her man.  For some unknown reason,  she and others see Romney as a more consistent "conservative" leader than Newt Gingrich.

Understand that committed,  TEA Party constituents are not going to put "their man" in the White House,  this time around.  But,  the day is not over and the VP is fast becoming one of the more important GOP decisions of modern times.

My presidential choices include Sarah Palin,  Paul Ryan, Marco Rubio,  Jim DeMint, Michelle Bachmann and Rick Santorum,  perhaps in that order.  None of this is going to happen,  which means,  for me,  that my support for the GOP nominee will be a compromise.

Probably the most disappointing fact of all,  with this campaign season,  is the realization that the TEA Party has somewhat lost its way.  A significant segment of the conservative movement has given its support to Chris  . . . . . .

Christie, an Establishment guy;   to Donald Trump, an over-stuffed liberal Republican so far Left,  ideologically,  that he doesn't even qualify as "Establishment,"  and,  well,  to anyone who will espouse a qualified dislike for Obama including Newt.

I fancy myself as  TEA Party to the core,  a conservative "purest,"  if you will  -  proof positive that true conservatives can compromise,  when the times make that demand.    Many within the "movement"  are where they are because they have been whipped into a frenzy but without an understanding of what our nation's historicity is all about.

Most people are not aware of the fact that this country is the only nation in this world whose political structure was borne of a definite intellectualism.  No other nation can make that claim, period.  Go ahead and prove me wrong?  Communism,  defined socialism,  the Nazi version of a socialist state, whatever is going on in China, and misdirection of the Obama One World fantasy,   are all invasions of existing political/socio structures.   There is nothing original with the Obama Politic,  nothing.

Understand that a true intellectual is one who is able to put together a synthesis of ideas that constitutes a certain degree of originality,  something we call "the profound."  There is no profundity to the Obama Rhetoric,  evidence that his claim to "intellectualism" is as phony as his pretense to being on a par with Lincoln, Teddy Roosevelt,  FDR,  Harry Truman, and Ronald Reagan.

A true intellectual would never say:

Vote for me because I channel the best from the past !!

To liberals and the Radicalized Left,  I say this:  we have our compromise and you have yours.  Salute !!

  1. Hey! Please, please stop recommending Rubio for
VP. He is not qualified as a natural born citizen...because his parents were not citizens.
Why is this so hard to accept? We must respect our constitution..all of it all of the time.
