How's this for a radical, right wing idea: the press should report the news and stay out of politics, altogether.

Look how this socialist bunch of agnostics spend their days as you ask the questions,  "which needs fixing;  the 1st amendment or the press?"  and, "what are we going to do about it?"

Use the shelter of the 1st amendment to practice their view of social engineering.

Use the shelter of the 1st amendment to limit opposing opinions.

Use the shelter of the 1st amendment as they quote "anonymous sources" to "prove" their points.

Use the shelter of the 1st amendment to structure talking points as they "vett" opposition politicians.

Use the shelter of the 1st amendment to make up crap on anyone in their purvey.

Use the shelter of the 1st amendment to violate privacy standards in their practice of opposition research.

Use the shelter of the 1st amendment to strike fear into the hearts of  private citizens working to support various political agendas.

Use the shelter of the 1st amendment to destroy those Constitutional amendments they see as outdated.
