Well, I'm pretty angry myself. Michelle Obama spent $10 million in the past year for her 42 days of vacation, it has been reported; the trip to Hawaii cost taxpayers more than $1 million; her trip to Africa, which she called a "personal journey," cost taxpayers $424,000. She's "bitter" that she can't spend more money on herself! She's offensive. --Noogan

Don't forget the upcoming trip to Austraila followed by the vacation in Hawaii. I ask you, with the economy in the tank, why does the WH feel it necessary to take a "State" trip to a location further away than Africa (thereby costing the taxpayers even more money). Another excuse to see a new area (surely the girls and MIL are going, too!), for Michelle to show off those so-proud, toned arms in another sleevless outfit, and lots of free press for the presidential re-election campaign.- shooting star
