Obama's Joint Session Thursday Night Speech drew 31 million. How does that compare to past performances.?

Turns out that of his 10 most important speeches, last Thursday night proved to be his fourth poorest attended speech. What is not talked about is this: there are no accounts comparing the number of people who watched the entire speech versus those who stayed tuned in for only a few minutes. Those number are out there, for certain. Statisticians keep track of ever minute shift.
