The Governor of Hawaii says Obama's birth certificate is not in Hawaii. Listen to this revelation from a Hawaiian reporter and friend of the Governor.

Give the recorded discussion about a minute. The discussion is fascinating and thoroughly believable. This is not a couple of Right Wing wackos "birthers" but reporters having a broadcast jam session about a number of local topics including the birth issue . . . . . . . Conclusion: there really is no Hawaiian birth certificate and Press Secretary Gibbs is saying that it is the birthers who are "not rational."

Update: Understand that there is not a single good reason for Obama to ignore a request for his birth certificate , not one. Every citizen in these United States is asked, from time to time, to produce this document. The real nut cases in this issue, are those who pretend that it is a "wacko" request to ask for one's birth certificate. It is not "wacko" to note that newspaper articles are NOT proof of birth, nor are any other 'official' documents.

Obama could embarrass us all by showing the document. Certainly, the Hawaiian Governor is a fan of the stranger in our White House and he couldn't find the thing. So, say what you will. Just understand, that in your refusal to do what the rest of us are required to do on occasion, it is you who is acting the part of the "wacko." Period.

Update: Well, it turns out that the reporter was lying about his contact with the Governor. It was not he [ the Governor] who spoke of the missing birth certificate. Turns out that the Governor has not been able to find the certificate. We know this from reporting last week. In this case, it was the two hospitals that say they have no such records. PERMALINK

  1. More WND bullshit. Can't believe you're stupid to fall for it.

Hawaii's privacy laws have long barred the release of a certified birth certificate.

Hawaii's health director said in 2008 and 2009 that she had seen and verified Obama's original vital records, and birth notices in two Honolulu newspapers were published within days of Obama's birth at Kapiolani Maternity and Gynecological Hospital in Honolulu.
Health Department spokeswoman Janice Okubo again confirmed Friday that Obama's name is found in its alphabetical list of names of people born in Hawaii, maintained in bound copies available for public view.
That information, called index data, shows a listing for "Obama II, Barack Hussein, Male," according to the department's website.

  2. WND had nothing to do with the youtube recording, nothing. This was a conversation between local radio personalities, there in Hawaii. The newspaper articles are hardly official, and you know it. are you saying that there is no way in hell they were created after the fact? No way?

And if your summation is true, why couldn't the Governor come up with the evidence. He is a big fan of Obama and he has the power to solve the problem and HE IS ADMITTING that he cannot find the certificate.
