That federal freeze on wages? Turns out it had more to do with smoke and mirrors than with sharing the pain.

Take a look at this headline: Despite Obama pay freeze, federal workers to receive $2.5 billion in raises...

.. turns out that the "freeze" will probably effect only one potential cost of living pay increase and that will be included in the next allowable wage increase. Soooooo, nobody is losing anything. "We all must suffer" is a reality reserved for the "working peasant class," you know, the ones who work their private sector butts off in order to pay for the union's legacy programs, the California teachers retirement fund, increased insurance premiums under ObamaCare.

The headline? It was no surprise to us. "Smoke and mirrors" is what Obama does the best.
