Here is a headline from the Washington Post. Congressional calendar endangers repeal of 'don't ask, don't tell' Understand, this was never going to happen in the Lame Duck. Neither was "card check" or the "New Start" treatise ratification or the Dream Act.

We need tax cuts confirmed, a budget statement and associated legislation that has been due sine last March as well as serious jobs legislation. Instead, we get the Food Safety bill from the Democrats.

How do these folks breath with their heads so far up their collective and proverbial tube, if you know what I mean?

To the folks at the Washington Post, all we have to say is "Duh !!"
