The whiners on the Left say they have no money; that life isn't fair. Turns out that is not exactly true.
Our records show that Democrat candidates and their secret sources spent $139 million on their televised ad campaign for all their Democrat House members compared with $115 million by Republican candidates and their backers. In the Senate it was a little different. The Republican candidates and their allies outspent Democrats, $160 million to $120 million, indicative of the fact that the GOP is "going the distance" in winning control of that congressional house.
Over all, in local elections and general campaign advertisements, the Dems spent nearly $850 million compared to the GOP's total of $640 million. If the Dems lose, tomorrow, it will not be a lack of money.
