Sorry, but we don't see the problem. It is a parody and nothing more. This editor is pretty much done with "outrage" over such silliness as this sign and the hurt feelings from the Left.
After what we witnessed coming from the Bush Hatemongers, this sign is nothing THAT serious. Heck, they were hanging Bush, shooting Bush, burning Bush, hoping for his death, insulting him to his face and on and on. For eight long years, we witnessed traitorous attacks on the President of the United States and not one stinking thing was ever done about it. Not one. You don't like this sign? "Kiss off" is what we say.
The sign was taken down because of "death threats." At first, this editor thought that referred to death threats toward Obama. Nope. Actually, it was taken down because of death threats from the Left toward the folks who put up the sign, especially the man's wife.
What folks don't understand is that it is the Left that pushes violence and threats and physical destruction -- not the Right. Understand that when the KKK was going strong, it was a Democrat organization, period. Discrimination within the military was instituted by Woodrow Wilson, one of the Left's favorite socialists.
Anyone who has studied Marxism knows that Marx believed that social "transformation" was not possible without a physical and violent uprising. Union domination is often about violence in the face of opposition. Even in America, Union thugs often use violence to continue strikes or force smaller construction entities and nonUnion individuals to abandon contracted job sites, equipment and personal freedoms if those parties refuse to identify with a particular Union. It is a fact that no one opposes the Unions without knowing of the risks involved -- from Union thugs.
And now, free speech rights are violated because of Leftist thugs issuing death threats. Maybe this is what Obama had in mind when he made this rather subversive statement. You tell us.
