Notes: this is just great. The Taliban in negotiations with NATO to bring peace to Afghanistan. This will allow Obama to cut and run as fast as he can, just in time for the 2012 elections. In the end, this spells defeat for the American effort in that country, after the Taliban was destroyed in that country back in 2001 - 2003. Obama does not care about the lives sacrificed as he sought to accomplish some unknown agenda.
