News Alert: A GOP Senate is an increasing possibility.

Senate Balance of Power: Dems 48 GOP 48 Toss-Ups 4

Notes: the predictive balance of power in the Senate has slowly been closing in favor of the GOP. After weeks and weeks of polling, Rasmussen has finally uncovered the possibility of a GOP takeover of the Senate. The odds remain negative for this happening, but -- statistically speaking -- much more the possibility than four weeks ago. Most Democrat pundits say that Obama and Biden are not helping things. Most in the Democrat leadership are wishing that the two would just "sit quietly on the sidelines" and let Party functionaries do the business of election campaigning.

We expect to see a serious closing account in favor of the GOP in the last 10 days of election cyclical . . . . just a litle over a week from now.

We are planning an election eve party - - - - - should be more fun than a Superbowl.
