Remember the part of the Declaration of Independence that talks about "inalienable rights" ? She had no clue. Seriously, she was asked as to how these rights might figure into her decisions. She admitted that she did not what those inalienable rights were.

Sonia Sotomayor. This Obama selection, stated before her Senate confirmation hearing that she believed the right to bear arms as per the second amendment was "established law." She voted against gun ownership in her first decision. Both are liberals and believe in a thing call "situation ethics. "

By the way, the court voted 5-4 against the appeal of a man on death row in Texas. He was executed this past week.
