Editor's notes: understand that the only court decision that matters is that of the Supreme Court. There really is nothing else to say. The process will take at least another year and a half . . . . . . at least. This blog has no plans to "follow" health care through the several courts. There are 21 states filing legal objections to this ridiculous. In the end, we must know that the future of ObamaCare will be decided in the halls of Congress, not in the legalese of courtroom rhetoric.
