Our question is this: if the libs at the New York Times know this, why doesn't Mr. Obama ? What most folks do not know is that the only part of the "787 Stimulus" passed February 17, 2009, that funds jobs is the "infrastructure " category. This part of the stimulus allocated only 60$ billion dollars before administrative costs and graft at the Federal, State, County and Municipal levels. In the end, Obama sent $30 billion to 50 states -- not enough money to build more than a mile and a half of four lane concrete highway.
