Editor's notes: Here is Lindsey Lohan, sitting before a judge who is about to give her a 90 day jail sentence. She obviously knew that yesterday's court hearing would go badly for her so she came prepared to demonstrate her total disregard for the court and the judge who sat just 12 feet away.

Note that giving a modified "bird" salute to the judge was not quite enough for Lohan, so she decided to make the modified "salute" an act of doubtless intention . . . . . . and the painting of her nails was her solution. She should be forced to serve her full 90 day sentence instead of the 8 or 9 days she will most likely serve. See for your self -- first the "modified bird salute" and then that "salute" nailed by Lohan. Hint: the salute is painted onto her middle finger !!
