The anti-war folks at NY Times are at it again - The partisan Socialist rag, a leader is yellow journalism, now wants to pretend it cares . . . .

Notes from this editor: During the 2008 campaign year there was the suggestion floating around that 2008 was the year "real journalism died." Two years after the fact, we have learned of the "fearsome 400," an e-mail list of Leftist journalists and pointie headed elitists created for the purpose of influencing the election in favor of Obama. We now know without argument that these Lefties featured the use of accusations of racism, outright lies with regard to Palin and others and a general willingness to say and write whatever necessary to prejudice the voting public in favor of the new Marxist/Socialist superstar, Barack Hussein Obama, and the larger Marxist cause.

This conspiracy within the ranks of Leftist journalism includes folks at the New York Times, established network news outlets (NBC, CBS, ABC, the morning shows such as Today, cable outlets including CNN, Headline News, and MSNBC), and the puppet print media including the LA Times, the San Francisco Chronicle, the Chicago Tribune, the Atlanta Journal, Media Matters and hundreds of local papers such as the Fresno Bee, the Sacramento Bee -- papers influencing the regional markets of California's central valleys and the stomping grounds of this editor.

It is this very media that continues to demand its place as the guardian of truth and transparency. In the future, we will call this media the Compromised News Broadcasting Services (CNBS). Sharron Angle in Nevada, running against Harry Reid, has refused to be vetted by this media. We not only support her in this decision, we encourage all free candidates to reject the vetting process controlled by the CNBS. They have violated the trust of the people over and over again and no more deserve trust than federal bailouts.

It is this very media that now pretends to be concerned with military secrets, the NY Times running a huge story on documents illegally obtained that reveal top secret information about the war in Afghanistan. Do the events of that war need review ? Of course, but not by a partisan and untrustworthy media caring only for the ultimate advancement of Leftist anti-Constitutional concerns and their policy of "news for profit." Understand that these "watchdogs of liberty" have been willing to lie about everything from auto safety concerns to global warming issues or to otherwise manipulate media reports to the same purpose.

We will not cover this story except for commentary such as this. You will not find hyperlinks to their several news accounts, today, covering some 92,000 documents illegally obtained through an "accidental leak" from the wacko's at Wikileaks (misspelled ? Who cares). The Times wants the public to trust in the viability of their "redactive" policies, in essence to trust the Times to investigate and publish without any sense of outside accountability. Understand that the top secret docs being revealed concern the war in Afghanistan from 2003 to 2009 -- the Bush era. Nothing on the last year and a half and the Obama Wars. Nothing.

We have decades of lies and manipulation coming down from the "elite media," proving them to be no more qualified to carry the water for the nation's trust than Saturday Night Live. Know this: lives have been put in danger and agency secrets, many of which are critical to our national security, have been exposed for one primary reason and one reason only ---- to sell newspapers and air time. Period. It is all about the money, with these losers and nothing more.
