Editor's notes: the is exactly why conservatives cannot trust the so-called "major media." Nothing but crooks and liars. Understand that Weigel covered the conservative court because the Washington Post refused to allow a real conservative to do so.

What is rather humorous is the fact that Ezra Klien, a fellow liberal, leaked the story.
