When one reads Crooks and Liars, he gets what he deserves, -- crooks and lies.

There is a radicalized blog appropriately named, Crooks and Liars,that has put out this headline (a lie) .

Newt Gingrich says President Obama is Nazi-Commie "threat to our way of life."

Following the headline, the clown writing this article, John Amato, writes this summary statement: And about Gingrich's book: Newt's proclamation that President Obama is running a Nazi-style political machine that is as dangerous as Stalin and Hitler should be enough to drum him right out of his elitist DC Beltway bubble." The problem with this comment, over at a blog proud to be a representative of crooks and liars, is that Gingrich clearly did NOT describe the Obama political machine in terms of being "Nazi." Understand that the Marxist Socialist lefties in this country have no clue how to parse words. Here is a perfect example.

Newt's critique went to the seriousness of the Obama threat. In the Chris Wallace Sunday interview, Newt took pains to make it clear that Obama was not "Nazi," only that the Obama threat to this country was as serious a threat as the Nazi movement was to Germany, or Mao's takeoever of China or Stalin's disgusting imposition of Communism in Russia.

What is an abject lie, deliberate and cunning from the top, is the claim that Gingrich described Mr. Obama as a "Nazi Commie." A deliberate lie but no one on the radical left even cares. This morning, the Leftist Illiterates parroted this headline like the faithful waterboys they are. Whatever.

Understand that crooks and liars such as Amato, sit on their perch, waiting for someone from the right-side to use a set of words they can reconstruct into sentences that were not uttered and meanings that were not intended. It is their very intention to construct a lie and foster it onto their readership. They know exactly what they are doing. The lie is intentional. And the strategy works. What is amazing is that the lie is featured in a story that presents the actual video of the interview. Folks who listen to Gingrich make his point and read Amato's headline will wonder why anyone takes these lefties seriously.

In comparing the threat of Obama's brand of socialism to the threat of Nazism or Communism, Gingrich has this remarkably salient comment:

"The degree to which the secular-socialist left represents a fundamental replacement of America, a very different world view, a very different outcome, I think is a very serious threat to our way of life."

If one is a Constitutionally minded patriot, she simply cannot misunderstand this comment or do anything other than say "amen." Midknight Review has often spoken of Obama in terms of his existential secularism. This fantasy that he is a Christian in deed and practice, is nothing short of a well crafted lie.
