Democrats see the slaughter in Nice as proof that Obama's war against terror is working.

Yes,  ISIS is losing ground in Iraq, but has gained sanctuary in Yemen,  and,  especially, Libya,  where it has between 8,000 and 10,000 fighters.  More than this,  they have a meaningful presence in 15 other nations and are killing 3,000 folks per month!!.  Pelosi might see this as "winning,"  but she also predicted 400,000 jobs created immediately after the signing of ObamaCare  (didn't happen) and thinks the loss of jobs an opportunity for artists and musicians to work on their avocations,  now that healthcare is free.
