Obama has never been a constitutional parlimentarian. "Fundamental change" is not compatible with Constitutional rules.

What this chart documents (and it is found at GlennBeck.com) is Obama's disdain for Constitutional/Congressional limitations and procedure.

First, what is not on the chart:

42 “czars” -- each is considered a part of the presidential staff and as such, they have a thing called “executive privilege. Each has a staff, offices and transportation. None can be questioned by congress as to the nature, scope and function of their positions. No one is allowed to know what these folks are doing but the president. Understand that other presidents had “czars” but none have had as many as Obama and . . . . . Midknight Review does not care who has done it before. Obama has taken something that was fairly mundane and turned it into a function of secrecy and clandestine activity. In short, the word is “subversive.

Executive order: since 1789, we have had this practice. This is an action of the President of the United States and has the full force of law. It is a legal order that is put into effect solely by the President. It can rescinded by an executive order of any other President. There are guideline but nothing binding. There is no clear mention of “executive order” in the Constitution. Clinton used executive order to war against Kosovo !! Understand that while executive order was used by Obama to set up his "Debt Commission," something actually rejected by his Democrat Senate as "unnecessary," we have in mind "executive order" used to actually run the government without Congressional consent !!

In late January of this year, it was revealed that Obama had ordered his lawyers to look into the possibility of using executive order to install health care reform, cap and trade, gun control, and many other considerations rather than going through the Congressional process. Not another word was heard about this story -- we do not know if that was quietly “put to bed” or is still being pursued.

What’s on the chart:

Obama looks to circumvent the political process via regulatory agencies such as the FCC (the silencing of conservative talk radio), the EPA and the enforcement of climate change regulations, recess appointment (the appointment of an individual to accomplish the presidents bidding on a particular matter – the appointment is good for the duration of the current Congress whether that be one month or a year and a half).

It is clear that Obama cares nothing for Constitutional power as is demonstrated in this post. He is anti-American if one ties the US Constitution to what is properly viewed as traditional American history.

In winning the ’08 election, Obama has brought this country into a Constitutional crisis that must be dealt with in a comprehensive and final way. We can no longer trust the Marxist leadership entrenched in this nation's Congressional leadership (Pelosi, Obama, Reid, Schumeer, Dodd, Waxman, Barcus and others) to function as if they can be trusted to uphold the founding documents.

We need hard and fast rules limiting executive order, the use of czars (make them responsible to Congress), rules that limit the use of "recess appointments," rules that specify the legislative process without exception, limitation and rigid definitions for Reconciliation and hard/fast rules concerning transparency at all levels ---- jds.
