Vindman to testify about language not found in the manuscript of the Ukraine phone call with the President.

Today Lieutenant Colonel Alex Vindman testifies to the House and will, apparently argue for a quid pro quo.  But his written statment is a problem in that regarde:

"On July 25, 2019, the call occurred.  I listened in on the call in the Situation Room with colleagues from the NSC and the office of th Vice President.  As thje transcript is in the public record, we are all aware of what was said  . . . . .   I did not think it was proper to demand that a foreign government investigate a U.S. citizen and I was worried about the implications for the U.S. government's support of Ukraine."

Problem:  there is no such language demanding a quid pro quo within the phone call's transcript.

This Review will wait for full story including opinions by GOP leadership.  Maybe tonight.  Maybe tomorrow.
