More hard evidence of Obama's shadow government.

The President,  all presidents,  have the power of appointment over agencies such as the Consumer Fraud Protection Bureau (CFPB).  You would think that would go without saying.  But not in this case.  Barack, Warren,  Hillary, Holder and other lawless Progressives,  created this agency out of the Dodd/Frank bill with the intent of it being an autonomous agency with a secret "shadow" agenda.  Its overt job is to shake down big banking.  It has collected 12 billion dollars in "fines"  since its creation in 2010,  but receives its primary funding from the Federal Reserve !!!!  It reports to no one,  and is accountable to no one.  And millions of dollars collected by this agency,  are being spent on the resistance and its various issues  (climate change,  preservation of the Obama legacy, wealth redistribution schemes,  preservation of the Iranian deal,  etc.).  In fact,  it is swimming in cash.

Trump just put Mulvaney in charge of this agency.  At the same time,   the Dems are trying to maintain control via suing in court.  The first court battle,  filed just a week ago,  has already given the Trump Administration its first victory.  The Dems continue to argue that their appointee is THE head of the agency, claiming that the President has no authority over the Consumer Protection Agency.    The Administration and the Court disagree.

In short order,  the Administration will win this battle and the work of reorganizing this crap agency will push forward.

In 2014, this renegade agency entered into a "rental contract" for  $22.3 million and two years of ‘temporary space’ for this "bureau," rental space located in  a building owned by a big Democratic donor/Obama bundler. No one knows the plans for this space,  but,  clearly,  this is part of a rogue agency designed to work outside the authority of the Administration or Congress.  How many more such "agencies" exist?

Heck,  Trump may need a second term just to find out the extent of the Obama "shadow government."
